-Development of molecules and biomolecules, innovative therapies, in vitro diagnostic devices and in silico physiological models for personalized medicine, treatment and prevention.
Specifically, development of a software toolbox for supercomputing simulations of the interaction between human proteins and material surfaces for bone regeneration.
-In silico prediction of novel pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and drug delivery targets aimed at preventing and combating drug resistance and drug tolerance in cancer, infectious diseases, and chronic therapies.
In particular, development of computational technologies for the design of antimicrobial or peptidomimetic peptides and/or novel theranostic agents.
