ELECTROPORATION DEVICE

The present invention relates to an electroporation device comprising a gripper organ bearing a first and a second electrode and a gripping organ bearing a third electrode, which can be moved independently of the other two, thus allowing the extension the range of action and the effectiveness of the device.

APPLICATIONS

The new-patented technique allows bending the electric field used for the electroporation in order to direct the plasmids to the cell populations of our interest. This possibility has enormously enlarged the number of brain regions that can now be infected by in-utero electroporation
